Division Overview
The Infrastructure & Processing Division ensures that innovative concepts developed within the Group are transformed into measurable, large-scale operational systems. It connects governance, port processing, waste valorization, soil engineering deployment, and international research coordination into a unified industrial structure.
Executive Governance Layer
Located in the same premises as GROUP NEXUS INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL DUBAI, Nexus Management converts strategic decisions into executive implementation programs under the leadership of Mihaela Luculescu.
Strategic initiatives are transformed into:
- Industrial processing mandates
- Port-level operational programs
- Municipal collaboration frameworks
- Pilot land transformation projects
Port-Based Industrial Processing
Advanced Sand Processing includes:
- Washing
- Vibratory separation
- Screening
- Centrifugal fractionation
- Material grading
These processes generate high-value fractions suitable for road infrastructure, construction materials, engineered soil systems, and terrain stabilization.
Circular Waste Integration Systems
The division collaborates with port processors and municipal entities to recover valuable materials derived from municipal waste streams, industrial wastewater, sewage treatment outputs, and sludge processing.
Recovered components integrated into soil systems include:
- Compost
- Biochar
- Vermicompost
- Treated sludge derivatives
- Mineral-organic compounds
Arid Land Pilot Transformation Programs
In cooperation with municipalities and local processing entities, the division executes pilot soil transformation plots using proprietary 4–5 layer soil structuring systems and Nexus know-how.
Research & Bio-Enhancement Coordination – Nexus Romania
Nexus Romania supports research, bio-enhancement inputs, and advanced soil formulation development, including biohumus integration, ecological biofertilizers, bioprotective agents, and granular or micronized zeolite incorporation.
