Mihaela Luculescu serves as Executive Director and International Operations Lead, with over 20 years of progressive experience in management, international business development, and executive coordination.

Her career evolved from operational roles to executive leadership positions including Vice President and Company President, across Romania and the United States, with strong expertise in real estate administration, investment coordination, and organizational development.

She has worked in international environments, coordinating teams, operations, and business structures in competitive and regulated markets.

Under her leadership, Nexus developed strategic partnerships with Swiss entities such as Nahrin AG, integrating advanced nutritional and wellness products into international markets.

Mihaela Luculescu is also a certified glider pilot in the United States, bringing operational discipline, risk management capability, and technical precision to complex projects and international coordination.

Her profile integrates executive leadership, international business development, interdisciplinary exposure, education and aviation, positioning her as a central execution driver within Nexus.
